You don't even look like the same person. Mine has changed a lot. I have gotten a lot of "wow you have lost some weight" from everyone. Its great to hear. I dont have any pictures though. I just went and got a Costco membership and comparing that picture to my DL or my badge at work and its a major difference.

Thats great. I am up to about 3/4ths mile before I start to die. Running is something that is extremely hard for me. I can do the elliptical machine for hours. I can bike for hours. But I cannot run worth a crap.

This is another reason why I am eating/drinking so much protein. I am losing weight fast. I don't want to lose muscle. I have not lost muscle and actually gained strength as well while losing weight.

There is organic protein like soy protein, there is hemp protein as well that i have seen at Trader Joes. You could just eat lean meats like Chicken and Fish to get your protein. Whey is just rated the best.

I drink coke zero and diet energy drinks. I am low carbing it. It hasnt slowed my weight loss down at all. I am down 30lbs since May 9th. I love soda, that was my bain and coke zero is my savior.

You need to do some research. There are plenty of foods that are low carb. For instance, a good snack I have been eating is Fages 0% Yogurt, 1/2 cup, instead of a full cup, 1/4th cup of blackberries and raspberries each. I don't lose weight on low calorie very well. Low carb works very well, but if you fall off of the bandwagon and don't follow the plan you will gain all if not more weight back (ask me how I know that). Its just being really sore. I stretched correctly after every routine. I am sore in places I have not been sore in for a while, which is a good thing. Thanks to hip adduction and abduction. My glutes, hams, calfs and quads arent really sore. My lower back is a little sore and the inside of my thighs are really sore.
