  • yes..and how important!! i work at a casino, and we are shutting off all corportate office lights, and dimming others that we can! we also will receive coupons for energy saving lightbulbs during this hour. we should all do our part for Earth!!:drinker:

  • i had a delicous supper..i cooked some chicken breast cut in strips cooked in 1 tsp of i can't believe it's not butter light and spices, with asparagus, baby carrots w some i can't believe its not butter and splenda brown sugar, and a spring mix salad w the usual salad fixings! mmm good

  • hi, i have begun to run also...i'm doing a learn to run program....i never thought i would ever be able to run, but it's working. it's learn to run in 10 wks, but i'm doing it in 20 wks, taking 2 wks at each level instead of 1. here it is .. follow this weekly schedule 3 days a wk for a 2 month period (4 months for me)…

  • i had c section 12 yrs ago, and i still get the odd discomfort from it..i don't think it ever goes away! if you are in alot of pain i would see the doctor.0
