Today I made a 270 calorie breakfast that kept me full for a while. Thomas Light Multi-grain English Muffin, 1 egg, 1 turkey sausage patty and 1 slice of pepper jack cheese. Most of the time I will have oatmeal or farina with fruit.

I had an apple at my desk at work. ;)

Non-fat misto or a non-fat flat white :) I used to only drink caramel macchiatos but MFP also inspired me to change. If you are craving something sweet I would say the Skinny Vanilla latte or skinny cinnamon dolce latte would be my picks.

Add me! I tend to only add friends who have open diaries. It keeps me motivated.

I hate seafood too. I know you said you are not a fan of oatmeal, but if you add some juicy fruit on it like raspberries, or even some peanut butter and banana it will taste great. Other alternatives for breakfast is avocado toast, a simple egg, GREEK YOGURT with fruit on it. Salads are boring for me too, but I change out…

Bah I hate logging pizza. I live in NY and we have lots of specialty ones. I tend to count on the high end.

Books are good! I have to bookmark and write all this stuff down. Thank you.

$25 bucks on Amazon not bad at all. This actually seems appealing to me. It looks like each DVD is 30 minutes. THANKS for the suggestion!!!

Oh boy same here. I will be good all day except for after dinner. When you get home from work around 5:00pm.. don't eat dinner until 7:00pm or so. The more time I have to think and encourage myself not to binge eat or eat something I shouldn't the better.

I hear a lot of little comments here and there with my family as well. You just have to focus on yourself and try to keep the negativity away. Many MFP people I'm sure will agree that you can eat a little bit of chocolate and loose weight. Keep going strong!!!!

For 1 serving size for a tiny bit of hamburger helper you could have a lot more food and even more nutritious. Try to have some real food.. like a baked potato instead of the instant potato stuff. I would add more fruits and veggies and maybe instead of eating 3x a day add in snacks staying within your calorie range. I…

If I have a jar of nutella I would eat nutella for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's basically chocolate in a jar. I'm really interested in the PB2 peanut butter.. they also have a chocolate version although I've never tried it before.

I would!!! =)

Hi fellow long islander! I'm going to predict what most people are going to say.. that is your diary is closed so we can't help you examine your food choices. =)

Anything from a chain restaurant. I always prepare myself now before I go. Appetizers, a drink and those entrees add up! Also STARBUCKS!!!

This happens to me as well. The one big thing I noticed is that if i don't have anything planned it all goes out the window when I come home from work. Also put it in your diary before you eat it, so you are less inclined to go over and you stick with what you plan on eating.
