Thank you for all your input. I will make sure I'm eating enough everyday and I'll lower my cardio to two days a week. I will up my protein also. If I don't start feeling better I'll go back to the doctors. Thank you again.

Try warm milk. My mom had bad insomnia so she started drinking a warm glass of milk a night before bed and it helps her sleep.

Since I started working out 3 weeks ago I have not loss any weight. I actually gained a few pounds. I was losing between 2-5 pounds a week but not anymore :(
