Making it a habit works for me. I set my alarm the night before I go to bed to "try" by Pink, lay out my clothes including my water bottle and I make it part of my morning routine. I would bring a veggie tray to snack on and then maybe some homemade salsa and pita chips or hummus for dips... But definitely bring enough to share with everyone. I wouldn't make a big deal of it. Actually they may like some of your healthy choices!

I think it depends on the activity. I don't think I could run with a friend because of pace reasons and in case they felt like talking and I didn't...but I must say I do enjoy taking classes with a friend because no talking involved, you get your workout done and leave together...I do this now and it works for me.

I only do the gym in the morning!! I love it!! It's my time!! I go for a half banana and water before my workout and peanut butter on Ezeikiel toast right after with my coffee!!

Are you logging your food correctly? Drinking enough water? Your diary is not open so I can't tell what you are eating/drinking. 1500 calories seems awful low to me too... I have a Fitbit, used it for about 6 months and now stopped using it, I must say it did help me get moving at first but now I'm on a pretty good routine…

I don't weigh myself very often as I try to go by the way my clothes fit. I'm sure my weight fluctuates plenty but I cannot stand to watch that yo yo effect from the scale. I really don't track my sugar a ton but try to stay away from the bad. Doesn't always happen but I try! I eat a lot of sweet fruit. I never heard of anyone gaining weight off eating too many apples or bananas.

I've gotten pretty good results with Body Pump. I think It's just a matter of finding what you like, what works for you and making it a good habit
