My WHY has changed. Initially it was to lose weight and fit into old jeans and bathing suits. But now that I've been exercising and counting my calories my WHY is to keep this up and feel good!! I want to teach my daughters how important exercise and moving is. I'm doing this for myself but also my husband and children!

I did the same thing this weekend. Don't worry you will get back on track tomorrow! Plan your meals for the week and start fresh tomorrow. I know its a sucky feeling but whats done is done.

Definitely! Good for your mind too!! When the weather gets better here I will be out walking! I would try to take the same route / time it / try to beat my time next time!! It's easy and the kids can join in too which is nice! Good luck!!
