  • I'm with you girl! It's hard taking that first step but taking it every new day is what is going to add up to results!
  • That's awesome! I have that much to lose and I'm just starting out even though I've been on MFP for years! (The struggle is real) I just recently quit smoking and now I'm committed to changing my eating habits. Keep up the great work! You are an inspiration.
  • This is awesome!! I like how you made mini goals for yourself. Sometimes when I think about the total number of pounds I need to lose I get overwhelmed. Keep up the great work!

  • Hey everyone thanks for the love! I'm glad this post was able to inspire others! Keep up the good fight! We are worth it
  • I swear by this meal when I need a full plate. It's so delicious I don't even care it's not really pasta. Spaghetti Squash with Sauteed Shrimp I usually buy a bag of frozen large/jumbo shrimp and make it a few times a week. If I'm making it for two I use the whole squash, if I'm making it just for myself I cut it in half…
  • Hahaha I'm dancing with you girl! That's such an amazing feeling. Keep up the hard work!
  • That's awesome! It's a great feeling to see the numbers go down on the scale. Keep up the great work!
  • This is awesome and so right. My father always told me "What the mind can conceive the mind can achieve". Thanks for your quote!
  • Thank you for taking the time to post this. This is great - a true inspiration! You go girl!
  • Great job! I know how hard that is! The fact that you ate your lunch should tell you that you are focused and committed. Nicely done! I feel like the office is always full of candy and junk. On Monday we are having a baby shower for a few women here. They are ordering a Ben and Jerry's sheet cake. Dear God keep me strong!
  • Thanks for the pad tip! Didn't think of that. Oh trust me I have plenty of wild print spandex! I fit right in with the black lights - my work out gear is all whites and neons!
  • Sorry...i posted this below and then realized how you respond to individual posts....slowly getting the hang of this forum. .................................... Daisy just go for it! You can totally tailor the class to your fitness level. If you feel like the resistance is too much for you, turn it down! I promise you it's…
  • Daisy just go for it! You can totally tailor the class to your fitness level. If you feel like the resistance is too much for you, turn it down! I promise you it's definitely worth trying out. My butt did hurt - but a good hurt! What's that song...Come on baby make it hurt so good! It takes your body some time to adjust…
  • For some reason those are the worst!!!! I dread the side lunges! I take them slow and try not to rush myself. When she says stick you butt out I almost feel like I'm going to fall over!

  • You look amazing! Losing 100lbs is certainly not an easy thing to do. I applaud your determination and wish you luck with the remaining 50. You've inspired me. I'm on my 3rd week with MFP and I love it.
