Track ALL your food! Even when you still entering food and you are already at 3,000 calories! (Yes, I had days like that lol) I didn't meal prep but I wrote out my weekly menu and stuck with it! I also gave myself a "cheat meal" once a week. I eat out socially a lot so this was important for me. After 7 months and 50 pounds lost, I started working out at a gym to lose my next 20. This last 30 is a killer though!! But I WILL make it happen!

That's awesome! I have that much to lose and I'm just starting out even though I've been on MFP for years! (The struggle is real) I just recently quit smoking and now I'm committed to changing my eating habits. Keep up the great work! You are an inspiration.
