I read all the time about eating a good breakfest, but what would you consider to be a good breakfest? And another problem i have lunch at 11:00am Mon-Fri so i was thinking that i wouldn't be able to eat a large breakfest. Or should i even eat breakfest at all considering that i eat lunch so early?

:flowerforyou: i've been there and done that, and the hardest part is not giving up! I started out gaing, and i'll stop for about a week start over again, and stop again. It's really hard for to keep going if i can't see any progress! But keep going we'll make it there one day!
