    People have different tastes. A better question would be: Why do people eat at either one of those places?

    I read all the time about eating a good breakfest, but what would you consider to be a good breakfest? And another problem i have lunch at 11:00am Mon-Fri so i was thinking that i wouldn't be able to eat a large breakfest. Or should i even eat breakfest at all considering that i eat lunch so early?

    I would say you should still eat a small breakfast. A good breakfast is something healthy that can give you energy throughout the day. However, I am no nutrition expert. I will pass this question off to someone who can better answer.
