Woohoo! Thanks for creating this group. I just finished Day 1 about 30 minutes ago. It was good. Next time I will make sure to do it when my 3 year old is napping (we had to take a potty break during circuit 2).

I'm adding this to my 2-3 day per week gym visits (mostly I just talk with my friend while on the elliptical) and my 3 times per week Bikram yoga practice. I'm considering taking up the habit of long distance running. I've never been a runner, but I admire those who are and I think once I can get past a couple of miles, I may start enjoying it. Training for a 10k by my birthday might be a fun goal.

I have the workout trainer app for my iphone- I haven't used it yet (still lacking a bit of motivation), but it has lots of different workouts for home/gym, with or w/o equipment, etc. It even has many different time options. Also, I have found several workout plans on Pinterest.
