Mine was about 3 years ago, when I was definitely looking my best. I did a little modeling that year, and I was very proud of that considering I was an old lady for the modeling world!

YAY (I think) I'm not alone!! LOL... I'm getting two concepts from this message string... 1. I'm possibly not eating enough calories even at 1310 a day. 2. I need a heart rate monitor to better calculate my calories burned while exercising.

I've heard that too much is a bad thing as well. Always seems like one of those things for women that is so hard to calculate how much is a good amount and how much is just too much! I really appreciate everyone's comments, thank you all for the help!!
