Anyone who thinks they can hide the fact that they smoke with perfume or that horrible cheap body spray is seriously deluded. Definitely check with your doctor about this. Too much iron is almost as bad as not enough.

Have had IBS-C as long as I can remember. Was told for years: more water, high fiber, more exercise. IF ONLY it were that easy. Was diagnosed 15 years ago as having IBS-C Have taken Zelnorm (worked but now off market) and am taking Amitiza. Works sometimes. This is a miserable disease!!

Hi all! I am 66 years old and need to lose at least 40 pounds. I started logging on MFP a week ago and have joined a gym. I plan to start off going 3-4 days a week for cardio and strength training. I would love some friend on my weight loss journey who have similar goals for mutual support.

I have to agree. If you weigh 80 pounds, you are grossly UNDERWEIGHT and this is terribly unhealthy for you. Please, please, please see a doctor and get some help. You will kill yourself if you don't do something.

Eating healthy and living a healthy lifestyle does not mean you have to give up everything you love. The key is moderation.
