    I also checked out your website-- I'm not very eloquent, so, even though I would like to say, "this is one of the most inspiring things I've read" etc., I can't find the words without it sounding trite...
    So much of this is mental; the physical difference is just a result of the mental work one has done. It takes an incredible inner strength to make the kind of transformation that you have done. You are a stronger person now!
