    You are a miracle. The motivation you had to accomplish losing that much weight had to be incredible. How did you keep your motivation up? My son is over 400 pounds. I'm so concerned that he will die young if he doesn't lose the weight. He did lose about 60 pounds then got depressed when he hit a plateau, then gained it back plus more. So, I was wondering what your 'tipping point' was when you knew you were going to do it. God bless!

    Wow. What a transformation. So very well done.

    What I find so sad, is that after all the hard work of losing the weight, you then have to go through the trauma of being left with all that loose skin, and the resultant surgery to deal with it. That must be incredibly tough to undergo.

    The results though! You would never know that it was the same man in both pictures. Worlds apart.

    An amazing success story, which should surely provide a huge incentive for those with a huge amount to lose.
