You are the man and I love your poodle.
  • a poodle! That is a Bichon :)

Wow. What a transformation. So very well done.

What I find so sad, is that after all the hard work of losing the weight, you then have to go through the trauma of being left with all that loose skin, and the resultant surgery to deal with it. That must be incredibly tough to undergo.

The results though! You would never know that it was the same man in both pictures. Worlds apart.

An amazing success story, which should surely provide a huge incentive for those with a huge amount to lose.

    Congratulations.

Wow ! Wow! Wow! You look awesome. You are truly an example of what will happen if you stay consistent with both exercise and nutrition.
  • First congratulations on you accomplishments so far. You are a very determined and committed person and a true inspiration. Have you spoken to a qualified trainer about reducing your cardio now to a couple of days a week and adding some weight training (nothing radical). Lean muscle mass will burn calories and fat faster than cardio and keeps your metabolism up even on the days you don't lift. Just a thought. Best wishes
