  • A true inspiration. Thank you and you look great. I have at least 200 lbs to lose but keeping track of everything I eat has certainly been helpful. I just makes you more aware of what you are putting in your body. Keep working towards that goal.

  • Chips are toxic for me also. I have never been able to eat just a small portion. I do treat myself however to a small portion size bag for lunch everyday. It has help with those cravings. I don't have any more in my house though.....!
  • I am with you. Chips are my down fall. I can not just eat a few, so I just don't have them in my house anymore. Fast food has been pretty easy to give up, except for Pizza, my one true addiction. I did make some tortilla pizza's for lunch yesterday and it satisfied my cravings. I hope I can keep this up....Good Luck!

  • I have always been told to count your vegy's and fruits. Their calories are low but they all have calories non the less. I count mine just like everything else.]

  • I had a horrible time with eating when I was tired. I talked to my doctor about this and she sent me to a sleep specialist and I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I have had my machine for 2 months now and wow what a difference. I have so much energy and no longer find myself eating when tired.

  • You may add me. I will be 50 in just a few months and have made my mind up to live a healthier lifestyle. I know this is going to be one of the hardest journeys I have embarked on but with support from family and friends I will accomplish my goals.
