CW 163 UW/GW 150 5'6" My goal is to feel better, get moving! My muffin top is expanding, and its no longer acceptable. I need to each much better. I have cut way back on my soda intake, and quit smoking in 2009. Yay!

Healthier foods. Portion control. 30DS and airdyne. Get moving! Probable number for weight? 155 would be nice. Ultimate goal TBD by how great I feel. Its more a feeling than a number I believe... It will be here soon - have already seen Christmas decorations in the stores :-)
