I was using 3lbs, but I think 5lbs would be better. Though I am pretty sure my arms will be like jelly by the end of the video, on some of those exercises! :)

I also was doing the 39 DS and finished level 1. Then I went away on a stagette and haven't worked out for a week!! I am crazy frustrated with myself, but am going to continue to Level 2 again starting tonight. Anyone can message me and be 30 DS buddies too!

What is even funnier is how at the beginning of the video Shaun T actually says that he is afraid for this workout! Gets me every time! If he is afraid - man, this is going to be INSANE!
