I don't worry about it day to day. if i'm not hungry and have leftover calories, I won't force something down. I usually make it up later in the week on a non-exercise day.

Meh, I'm in the calories in, calories out camp. I eat whatever I want, just in moderation. All or nothing mode would have ended my "lifestyle change" as soon as the first junk food craving set in. I don't feel terrible, I'm losing weight, my appetite is decreasing, I look better in my clothes. Eventually I would like to…

Early in the morning is definitely best for me. It's not fun getting out of bed so early, but I don't fancy working out during my lunch break. And after work I'm completely tired and ready for bed. So it's either first thing in the morning or likely not at all for me!

Same as the average adult in Syria. Lighter than 90 countries, heavier than 87 countries. Close to the middle of the range!

Same here. i calculated my numbers on various calculators and websites (not just MFP); and they all gave me somewhere between 1200-1260 calories. Some even gave me numbers in the 1100s! So i just set my MFP goal to 1220.

This is my opinion too. If I tried to stop all of that cold turkey, I'd give up as soon as a craving hit. Moderation is the key to being successful long-term. I'll still eat chips, cookies, and ice cream. I just eat a whole lot less of it than I did before I started tracking. That's been the key motivating factor for me to…

Klondike makes 100 calorie ice cream sandwiches and chocolate bars. For those who like breakfast syrup, Smuckers has a low-calorie,…

Mustard all the way! Many things that are good with mayo taste even better with mustard! Plain, dijon, honey, all kinds!

I started eating bigger servings of food. My boyfriend would cook for me, and he'd have everything laid out so nicely on the plate, like he'd put a lot of effort into feeding me. I'd feel bad about leaving food on the plate, so I got used to eating a lot more than what I'd normally eat. I gained about 35 lbs over 3 years.…

I'm on 1200 calories, you can look at my diary. I don't like veggies much either, but I do love mushrooms. Mushrooms are quite filling and a good substitute for meat; you can grill them or sautee them with olive oil and garlic- yum. Bell peppers are good also.
