Oh I know that but I definitely need to build up my core stamina. I am not into it to get a 6 pack or anything, I am just incorporating one into my workout rotation. I plan on doing a short hiit after the ab workout.

B_dani- I did 6 week abs but I saw better results with Killer Abs. Its all personal preference. I currently use 3,6,8 lbs weights doing Jillian. Sarabeth- oh my goodness you have amazing results! I've done Body Revolution like 3 times because I loved it so much and I lost all my baby weight from my first child with it. I am trying to lose weight now from baby #2 and just finished body revolution again and started her bodyshred program...I love her but man shes evol..lol

Yeah I fully intend to purchase the dvd when it becomes available. My little brother is getting married and I will definitely need it. I am glad she came out with this type of workout honestly, but I do agree that I wish she would also come out with a HIIT workout.

Haven't done T25 but have done Body Revolution. I absolutely 100% love that program, I lost all my baby weight and achieved some nice toning. There are cardio dvds in Body Revolution and cardio spurts all through out the program. From what I have seen of T25, its mostly cardio and not a lot of toning.
