What Next After Shred, Ripped & JMBR

Hii so i am just finished JMBR having previously done the Shred and Ripped in 30. I have had great results and really enjoy the strength training but i want to tone more and lose more weight and i am not sure what to do next. At the moment i am picking various workout from JMBR and mixing with some insanity workouts. i have Chalean Extreme - would that be a good one to do next? I am scared to lose the strength i have gained but need a new challenge. All thoughts/advice appreciated. Thanks

    I had the same question a few months ago. Have you tried Jillian Michaels Hard Body? Its a great workout with strength and cardio.
  • Hi Buhbee no I've not heard of that one - I'll have a look! Would Insanity on it's own be enough to shed more fat but keep the tone I wonder?
