I will chop and wash and then put in my salad spinner my romaine lettuce. Then I will put it all in a zip lock bag with a couple of paper towels. I have had my lettuce last about a week and a half to 2 weeks that way!

First off, realize you are not alone! That is one of the many reasons I love MFP because the friends I have made are so real, always supportive and will never let me down! Secondly, if you are not up for making healthy meals how about just start with simple easy changes like always drink water, have fresh fruit readily…

That is one the thing I have found with MFP, it is always here for us no mater how we falter. Brush off the dirt and start over! I am here starting over for what seems like my 25th time...but once I start seeing the results I start getting my stride back!

Sweets and eating them after 9pm! I have set that I will be drinking a chocolate protein shake (with water) tonight for my snack. Chocolate, sweet and cold...if I do it in the blender I can add ice and it will be like ice cream...or at least I hope! Once I get in the habit of measuring and weighing stuff I am good with…

Hi I'm Regina from Virginia! I am back here for what I hope will be the big one! I have over 100 lbs to lose and nothing but time (not in a rush cause that is not how it will happen.) My first goal is losing 10 lbs in October and having a goal set up and ready to start for Nov. would be awesome! Thanks for the support and…
-
I also have 100 lbs to lose. Every time I look at it as 100 lbs it seems so far away...however, I have set my first goal of 10 lbs for the month of October and know I can do it! I have done this so many times over and over again but once you reach the first goal you will soon be ready to set a new one!

Thank you for the advice and I will adjust the goal to 10 lbs. If I surpass then great, if not I know I can do 10!!

I feel like I am a yo-yo losing weight and gaining it back. I seem to have lost all motivation and need to get it back! I would love to add you as a friend! I have about 100 lbs to lose!
-
Feel free to add me! I feel the same way! Need some motivation and support!!

2 cans of beans and big pot of rice so rice and beans will last a few meals and super cheap! 10lb bag of chicken quarters, cook and then separate into legs/thighs and that can be up to 7 meals even if you ate on of each at dinner. Breakfast, big container of oatmeal will go a long way and finally a bag of fruit...like bag…

Coupons are a must!!!! Also, Wal-Mart will price match ANY competitors ad so if you don't have a Wal-greens but have an ad for cereal for $1.50 a box, take the ad, make sure it is the same box of cereal and price check at the counter. :)
-
The cheapest leg quarters are around here is .49cent a pound so $4.90 a bag...but I use them for BBQ, baking and even a huge pot of soup!!!

My diary is open as well! Always looking for friends with an open diary to give me some ideas for meals!

This sounds so delish!! Thanks for sharing ;)

One of the most important things you can do is LOG EVERYTHING. It can be very surprising just how many calories are in something. Also, keep in mind that just because the scale is not moving does NOT mean you are not losing inches!!!

I tried it before and just could not keep up. The only workouts of his I have really liked was Rockin Body!

HaHa...nice catch

You look amazing!

What motivates me is living a long healthy life to be around my kids for many years! Also, that some day I can walk in a store and buy something off the rack without having to try it on and disappoint myself :)
