water! two glasses before each meal! Also...diet soda isn't great for you, but the bubbles fill up your stomach and it's zero cals- great for an emergency!

I say whenever you're comfortable in one- because even if a girl is skinny minnie, if she's constantly tugging at her bikini or crossing her arms or slouching to cover up, it won't look good!

I have a bad ankle that's always giving me problems. An ace bandage is fine, or you can buy braces/support things that you just slide or velcro on if you're nervous about wrapping a bandage too tight..you can buy those at CVS. I turn into a food monster when I get my period hahaha. My trick is filling up on like..inhuman amounts of water and herbal tea. Oh, my gosh. My head is like a calorie rolodex now, every food I look at is a number. You just get used to it, I suppose. Thinking about food as fuel for your body and not a treat or an activity is a great thing, but I hate the numbers. Haven't found an answer for this yet haha, still waiting for it to go away. :ohwell:

I'm 5'7 and a little under 140 and I fit snuggly into a medium and comfortably into a large...then again I've got big shoulders and boobs haha. Good luck girly!

Stop eating out and don't buy/bring home problem foods- that's what works for me. If the food isn't around you can't be tempted! Plus fried food is just awful for you anyway.

You're probably dehydrated! Hungry and Thirsty signals get confused all the time. If your calories are up and you feel hungry, drink two glasses of water or some nice hot green tea, it'll fill you right up and it's great for you!
