Need some ideas...

Hi there!
I am in a breakfast rut.... I have no idea what to eat!
Lately I've been doing cottage cheese and tomatoes for breakfast-- however, it just seems to destroy my sodium count.
I am gluten free, corn free, egg free, and oat free.
If anybody out there can call out some ideas, that would be great!

(P.S. Protein shakes every day can get old, so I only do them 2-3 a week. I also don't do gluten free substitutes.)
