I'm Starving!!

I am on Day 3 Level 2 of the 30ds. I noticed, since I began this awesome but grueling workout, that I feel like I'm hungry all the time. I mean ALL the time. Most nights, about 30 minutes after I eat dinner I find my stomach growling. I'm eating my calories everyday and drinking all my water. Does the exercise do this to me? Should I eat more?

Exercise boosts your metabolism. Your body will soon adjust.0

Same thing happened to me! I was ravenous. I remember grabbing a cold chicken breast and eating it in front of the fridge one time with my hands because I was so hungry. LOL. It eventually leveled off. I had to stop myself from overeating when I first started. I tried to plan smaller, more filling meals more often for a while. Good luck.0

You're probably dehydrated! Hungry and Thirsty signals get confused all the time. If your calories are up and you feel hungry, drink two glasses of water or some nice hot green tea, it'll fill you right up and it's great for you!0

took a quick scan of your diary, and it seems that you are doing things right. maybe just eat a little more? i like a fruit smoothie protein shake immediatly after a work out.
4oz fruit juice
1/4 cup of frozen berries
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 banana
1 tsp of protein powder
pinch of salt
could help you recover the energy you need for a complete day.0 -
I have seen A LOT of exercise videos - 30 day shred is the best ever, anywhere.0

My first question is are you eating your exercise calories back?0

Echoing the above, but also looking at your diary I would try and incorporate more fresh fruit and/or vegetables.
Try a banana straight after your exercise, a pint of water, then a shower. See if that helps.0 -
I just glanced at your food diary. Other than yesterday, you are leaving almost 500 calories uneaten. That's why you are starving.0

Hi! I peeked at your diary, and i was thinking the same thing as the above post, more fruits and veggies. I drink a cup of skim choc. Milk for recovery, that works well for me. Good luck!0

Heading to the store today to load up on fresh produce. I'm gonna fit a bunch in and see if it helps this week. Thanks for the help!!0
