Definitely cannibals at terminus. When the terminus folks herded them through to the box car there was on room with lots of freshly slaughtered human remains down to the bone in one area they wanted them away from. Gotta eat. What and better way to get fresh meat than to tell them there is safety at terminus.

1. I agree with bobbystrongar, Eat for fuel! 2. More fiber I agree! 1 and 2 - Eat 1/2 cup oatmeal at night. You'll have no problem in the morning. Body composition! Lifting weights will lean muscle mass and tighten you up as well as add definition. I weigh more than I did in high school be 25 pounds and I am wearing the same size clothes. Get to lifting some weights!

One thing that you might not like to hear is that you cannot loose fat. Fat cells are never lost. They can be made, but the body does not remove fat cells. Fat cells can shrink. I just found something worse in this mornings work out....Manmakers. It is a burpee with the following built in with 20 lb dumb bells... Renegade row Push up Clean and press and to get back to not hijacking the post, I officially like burpees better. Normal calorie burn is around 750 calories in 55 minutes....today was 644…
