One year progress

So I started this endeavor at:

295 LBs
3XL shirt
Size 42 waist pants (stretchies at that)
BF 36% or more

Currently:

221.6 lbs
Large shirt
Size 33 waist jeans! (no more stretchy pants)
22% BF

I can run 6 miles in hour and bench 275, first time in my life I can bench 50lbs + over my weight. I still have a long way to go and my goal is sub 18% BF.

Be a little gentle with the comments, I still cannot believe I am posting these pics. If you cannot be gentle at least make it light hearted and humorous

Here goes nothing...Down 73 pounds:

Thanks for all of those who supported me! You all made this easier and well worth effort.

Thanks all for your comments. I guess i grade myself harder than I should. I still feel like I am 295 lbs at times. Your comments and encouragements help greatly. I look forward to sharing more progress in the near future.

Why did your tat move to the other side of your chest; and the one on your arm from the left to the right?

You are doing amazing btw.

one is a selfie in the mirror, the other was taken by someone else, hence why the mirror shot looks the wrong way round. its either that or the guy is a witch and cant be trusted!!
