    These are my 3 girls...the photo is about 5 years old.

    At the time I was not in the best of shape, matter of fact I had many health issues. Here is a picture from that same day of me holding my wife...she does not look thrilled.

    I've been working on my personal image myself since the beginning of 2012 trying to be a better example for my kids and wife...I have a ways to go still. This picture is from June 26th of this year, what do you think?

    Regardless of the hot part, its really cool to see all the MFP guys so engaged with their kids (own, step, grand, etc) and truly enjoying it. I take fatherhood very seriously and it clearly shows everyone else here does as well, which is refreshing and inspiring at the same time. So thanks to all those who posted and the OP for starting such a great thread!

    Just went from a 10 to a 12. Thanks for showing us that "hottness" isn't only on the outside!! :drinker: :flowerforyou:

    Truth.

    I have more pride in being a father than anything else in my life. The experience has been a time of reflection, challenge, growth, understand and love I couldn't even comprehend before my boys.
