    OMG! Do you know how having kids ruined my body?
    First, no sleep, because the wife was too worn out to get up in the middle of the night.
    Then there was the weight loss because the babies and toddlers never sat still long enough for me to eat.
    Then the weight gain, because they never finished their plates so somebody had to do it.
    There was plantar fasciitis, because one or the other (or both) of the 40- or 50-pound kids would refuse to walk and have to be carried.
    Then there is the stress of the teenage years, which costs you all your hair and leaves you bent over . . .
    Not to mention coaching soccer, constant shopping . . .
    Fatherhood is like being fed through a wood-chipper. It breaks you down.
    How do these women make being a parent look so easy?

    I don't know if I qualify as hot, but I am a dad.
    I have no 'muscle' photos, strangely modest about taking a photo of myself flexing or whatever.

    My daughter just turned 13, back in September.

    So far, she is still sweet......but I do worry. :cry:
