I just got the Nutri Bullet and I LOVE it...so easy to use and clean. I just got it mainly to make some fresh juices...so no results yet.

Yes, I'm experiencing that too. I guess it can happen with weight loss. I recently upped my calories and I noticed my hair is not coming out as much. 1200 is too low...did you fnd out what your TDEE is?

You look amazing for someone who didn't do any lifting. Can I ask which video contributed to your muscular physique the most? What is your favorite? I only work out at home too and was thinking about joining a gym to lift but now after seeing you, I may change my mind. :)

I probably lost about 20lbs doing TJ. Prior to TJ i did Insanity but it was too rough on my knees and wrists (carpal). I especially love Turbo Sculpt...my arms have never been so muscular! I always go back to TJ...always fun. Tried Turbo Fire and Chalean but too intense for my taste. ;). My abs are also showing a lot more…

You may want to go to doctor and do some lab work to rule out anything serious.

Why don't you take a do a before and after photo? Sometimes you have to put them together to finally click. 45 lbs is a lot! Good job!

Thanks everyone...went to get it checked out and DR thinks it's fatty tissue or a lymph node issue. Need to do an ultrasound next week just to make sure it's nothing serious. :)

I tried it with my HRM and it was way off. My HRM said I burned 460 calories and my BMF said 190. That's a huge difference...anyone else have this problem?

I had a similar problem but mine was working initially then started acting up. I changed the battery and still didn't work right. I exchanged it and the new one has had no issues. I say exchange it. :)

I just got mine today and it's charging right now. I did want know does it sync to the site automatically or do you have to hook it up to the computer? For example how did you know you needed to work out more? Thanks!

Try Turbo Jam...love it and it's not too hard. I've been doing it for the past month or so and enjoy Turbo Jam out of all the exercise DVDs I have (incl. Insanity, P90X, Power 90, 30 Day Shred)

As long as it's under control with meds, you can lose weight. It worked for me. :)

How does it know how many calories you burn since it's not a HRM?

Scosche said 496 and my HRM said 327...big difference. Bummer, I guess I'll be returning the Scosche...really liked it. I wish they would figure the calorie on this because the HRM on the Scosche was pretty right on with my Polar HRM.

Have u tried it yet? I got mine and tried it but the calories burned seem too high. I don't think it's very accurate. My HRM would say 174 for 25 min and the rhythm would say 350! I guess I'll be returning it.

I have both but the rhythm says I burn about 30% more than my Polaris HRM...I am having second thoughts on the armband....

I eat healthy most of the time but I never deprive myself. If I want a burger, I have it...i just make sure I stay within my calories.
