My Cravings go crazy when I'm on my period!

I don't know why but as soon as my period rolls around I start to crave my guilty pleasures, especially cheese, constantly! It's very defeating because during my period I am already bloated, and then I feel 'fat' (a.k.a emotional wreck ) and then go 'Well I might as well eat it all anyway I'm huge'! Also, I can never seem to feel full! I just munch away and my stomach rumbles still!

Does anyone have any advice on how to control your cravings? I work so hard all month and then my period rolls around and it's like 2 steps forward three steps back!!

    I was just thinking the same thing...my period is about to start and I've been eating way too much than the usual...and not just regular food...cake, chips, gummy bears! Yikes. Even with all that, I seem to break even with my exercise (since I eat them back of course) but I don't feel any better. I know that this is not good for my body plus I feel extra bloated and fat too.
