I'm eating Progresso Light Santa Fe Style Chicken right now. It's one of my favs! I eat that with 5 nabisco multi-grain crackers and a piece of fruit. Yummy!

When you eat out ask if they offer half or lunch size portions. If not, share a meal. Have quick easy stuff available at home. Fruit, veggies, 100 calorie bread thins.

Oh and one more thing...you need a balance. You should have protein, carb and fat in every meal.

I would cut out the shake and eat more smaller meals throughout the day. I try to eat 6 small meals a day. That helps. It doesn't seem to bother me as much if I eat half portions of a meal because I know I can eat the rest of it 3 hours later. Then I'm not starving at my next meal.

Welcome to the site. My advice? Find some work out time anywhere you can. Early before the kids are up, late when they are asleep. Can they walk with you? Take them. There's always a way to squeeze exercise in, just gotta find it. Oh and I'm great at dishing out advice but not always doing it! That's why I'm here! Good…

Welcome! As for me, I eat pretty well. The hard part for me is finding the time to work out! I try to walk during my lunch hour but that's as far as I get. Everyone here has so motivated me!
