Me! I live in Florida. My big issue at the moment is what my healthy weight is supposed to be. I like my hips, my curves, do they account for those? LOL Of course not!

I teach 5th grade. We have a pretty large school and i set my level to lightly active during the school year. I feel that although i am on my feet all day, there is not allow of actual walking going on. Ill be wearing my heart rate monitor when the year starts. Enjoy the rest of your summer!

Can one of you PLEASE explain how to change the speed on the treadmill from the walking to the jogging speeds? Thats the part i do not get. How do u walk for 60 sec and run for 90 sec and not have to stop. Thanks so much!

I've made a big change to my diet, but fast food is not 100% gone. Days like today when I nothing available for dinner at home, I had taco bell. It doesnt happen very often but it does sneak in.
