5ft 3.5, 12.2st (most days), seem to be around 12.6st when I'm on my period, have baggy size 14 trousers, baggy size 12 tops & managed to fit into a size 10 (leather) jacket yesterday.

I'm almost 50lbs down (46lbs on my last weigh-in) & I'm only just starting to notice it in my face, although my clothes speak another story altogether

thankyou. I'll bare it in mind, the jeans I have on in the 2nd picture are too big & they're 2 sizes smaller than the jeans in the 1st picture.

before I lost weight, I refused to wear anything even the slightest bit tight.

veggies? I usually eat pork with broccoli & carrots, although I may be a bit of a strange one. :P

most days I'm eating around 1000-1100 calories, not purposely. I feel massively sick if I eat any more than that. most of the stuff I eat is homecooked & low in calories for the most part. I can easily go with 900 calories & not be hungry.

I started at 216, down to 170. only recently I've started dropping clothes sizes, I've gone from a uk size 18 to a uk size 12/14 depending on what clothing I'm wearing. i've gone from:- 46" hips 35" waist 43" chest. I'm now 43" hips (although can wear UK size 14 bottoms & they constantly fall down cause theyre too loose?)…

thank you. I don't eat a lot - I think my stomach has genuinely shrunk or something. I'm getting full after barely any food now.

have you taken measurements? you may not be losing weight as such but you could be burning fat & gaining muscle.

I dont feel any different. its other people commenting, apparently i look slimmer around my face & hips.

I've lost just short of 50lbs, recently & I've lost 4 inches over & 2 inches under.

Its a pain but it is possible to lose weight with it. I've lost 24lbs-ish since getting it in, in october.

I have nexplanon in & I'm losing. I was on microgynon 30 & was losing. I was on cerazette & I was losing. I was on noriday & I was losing. it annoys me when people claim that b.c causes weight gain - it can increase your appetite but what you do about it is down to yourself.

I drink 6-7 imperial pints/3.5-4 litres a day & usually pee clear as long as I space water out throughout the day.

I've had a hospital appointment today, they've said they want me to be at least 36lb down before my next review to get put on the waiting list for surgery. I'm about 188lb at the moment at 5ft 3.

dont listen to what the scale says, take your measurements.. you could be losing fat & gaining muscle, hence your scales not moving.

when you first start losing weight, a lot of time its waterweight.

if its heavy stuff, IE, turning my bedroom upside down & having a full clear out, yup. if it's lighter stuff, no. when I have a full clean out of my bedroom, it takes up to 3-4 hours & usually dripping with sweat >.<
