are they good for you? healthy?
I'm trying to write a list of things to buy out & frozen veggies will last longer, which is always a good thing when I'm low on money.

Totally healthy. So are canned veggies (with a suggestion to use no salt added).0

I pretty much eat only frozen veggies. I live alone, so buying fresh isn't always a good option. They are the same nutrition, but frozen. Not good on salads (or eaten raw because they are soggy), but perfectly good in any dish you can come up with that is cooked.0

Depending on where you live, frozen may be healthier than "fresh". The stuff shipped north from California and Mexico has lost a lot of its effective vitamins by the time you get it. The frozen stuff is flash frozen sooner and retains more antioxidants...or so I have read.0
