not trusting scales

whenever my boyfriend & I have baked potatoes, he usually does it with tuna mayo but I'm not sure how to log it. he uses 2 cans of tuna & 3 tablespoons of mayo. I usually eat around half a can of tuna. how to log?

according to the scales ive lost 10lbs (weighing first thing on a morning after peeing) in 2 weeks. the number is up 2-3lb on a night time, checking on a morning its the same as the day before. is it possible to lose 10lb of fat within 2 weeks? I'm finally overweight after shooting up to 215lbs due to medication (prednisolone). I'm barely within the weight range (168lb & 5ft 4) & for some reason I'm feeling really unmotivated. Anyone got any tips on keeping at it? Thankyou.

I was put on prednisolone & gained a lot of weight to the point I was considered obese. Its been a slowk journey but I'm finally considered overweight. Only 26lbs til I'm considered healthy weight & roughly 40lb to get me to my target weight :D

I AM big boned, no BS.
