Jillian Michael - 30DS

due to being busy & not having much time to myself - I was wondering, would I get the same results by doing Jillian Michael's 30 day shred over 15 days, twice a day instead of once? :laugh:

    I love this workout, I personally think if your really giving it your all, and increase weights when you need to, you will get a good workout, You freaking sweat when you do this thing

    No, your muscles need time to repair. I have had good results by doing Jillian Michaels just every other day and doing walking or light jogging for 30 minutes on every other day. Even if you could fit in just 20 minutes cardio.
