feeling unmotivated

I've lost 46lbs (I think) so far, dropped 2-3 trousers sizes, 3-4 top sizes - I'm now sitting in a uk size 10/12 top & 12/14 trousers. I think I've hit a plateau or something. I'm netting pretty low but drinking back calories (I find it easier drinking calories rather than eating them if I'm not hungry) - most days I'm around 1000-1100 calories without exercise of any sort, with, I'm netting around 700-800 calories.. I know its low, I don't need a lecture on how bad it is for my body. everything weighed out & measured I've only come up to 1016 calories today which isn't my point. I'm assuming I'm eating enough to lose weight, most days I'm burning on average 200-300 calories.
my weight hasn't *really* budged from 170-172 in a couple of weeks now. how do I stay motivated & does anyone have any tips on getting past it?

As your friend on MFP I'm going to say what everyone else is going to say which is what you don't want to hear: EAT MORE!
Trust me - the reason you are feeling unmotivated is because the method that you are choosing in order to lose weight is not sustainable. I work out around 5 times a week and eat 1500 cals a day. I am 5ft, 150lbs and have been losing an average of a pound a week. When I ate 1200 my weight loss was the same - I didn't move as much as I didn't have any energy and I felt sad because I couldn't eat any nice things. Your diary is closed ( you should open it really) but I bet you are not getting enough protein eating such a low amount of calories. Also your BMR is 1537 calories. I'm guessing that your at least lightly active (1-3 hours of light exercise) you could eat 1600 calories and lose a pound per week.
Please eat more you will feel so much better about your weight loss goals.
