best workout dvd?

I have surrendered on insanity already. :blushing: I can get almost the full way through it, I just can't move the day afterwards lol

    I love Combat. It's another team beachbody product. My wife likes TurboFire as well.

    sorry to say it, but INsanity is my favorite,,, just take it slower, and do what you can do, at the intensity that you can do it. Baby step it, modify your pushup, but you will get better!

    I am doing Jillian Michaels Shed and Shred I am on level one about a week in. First two days I was going to die after now I feel great and my thighs are slimmer already. My issue is belly fat so it will be interesting how this works out when I can do level 1 and 2 together.
  • should I try carry on with insanity, but leave a day or 2 between it, till I can move again?

    Take something for the inflamation, make sure you are drinking a recovery drink of some sort, and pace yourself. Not saying dog it but pace yourself, the soreness lasts the first week then fades. I honestly find that when I am sore it feels better about 5-10 minutes into the next workout once my muscles start warming up and loosening up. Perhaps add some extra stretching after as well.
