we're ordering thai takeaway tonight. could someone suggest something which isnt spicy & really high in calories? I'm not overly picky.

Summer rolls, papaya salad, and a small satay are generally low calorie.
If you know how to moderate your portions, you can eat and order whatever you want. I generally order many small appetizers to share among friends. Keeps the palate excited and myself satisfied!0 -

Stir fried shrimp and vegetables is a good option. The pan fried rice noodles have tons of oil. You can also specify when you order to use oil sparingly.
Another idea: Before you order, google "thai food calorie counts" and compare it's your menu options. There are bound to be lots of blog writers on the Internet who have researched this topic!0
