if you've binged on 3300 calories in 2 days but generally speaking, you've burnt 300-400 calories 4 times in the last week, will you still gain or should you be ok?

depends what your maintenance is and whether you were in a deficit the other days?0 -
most days I'm eating around 1000-1100 calories, not purposely. I feel massively sick if I eat any more than that. most of the stuff I eat is homecooked & low in calories for the most part. I can easily go with 900 calories & not be hungry.0

if you eat that little then eating 3000 cals every so often is a good thing!
starving yourself will not help you lose weight in the long run, you'll just get bad skin, bad hair, and your body will be more inclined to burn muscle instead of fat leading to a skinny fat look.0 -
also, you say you dont feel hungry, but the reason you are bingeing is because you are starving your body.0
