  • Breastfeeding doesn't deflate your boobs, pregnancy is what can do it to them. Unless you want to go the cosmetic surgery route, a good bra is your only choice! =)
  • Stay with it!!! I've been using MFP (after a friend highly recommended it) since the beginning of June, and have lost around 10lbs. I like it because I have begun to REALLY look at my eating habits, and make better choices... AND control portions. I have not talked to one person that hasn't absolutely loved MFP. I'm held…
  • There's a definite difference! Good job, keep it up!!
  • It's not a 'big secret' but something I just don't go around telling people, (well, because people could care less I'm sure).. but I cannot go to sleep without tucking the blanket under my feet. I need to feel that security, because if I don't tuck my feet, SOMETHING will grab them. I just know it. LOL
  • I grew up in South Florida & moved (after high school) here to MO in 2001 and live in Florissant with my hubby & our son.
  • All of the above. You want to look the way you want, but you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle to get there and stay there. The human body cannot function long term on such a small amount.
  • Those sound fantastic... definitely trying these out! Thanks for posting.
  • You look great! Good job!
  • You look so much younger... well done. Congrats on your success!
  • Be proud, you look fantastic! Congratulations on your success!
  • I would definitely consider this a 'tough love' kind of situation. She's sooooo young. You are the parent, you buy the groceries - make the right choices for your family. She needs to learn how to eat healthy (delicious) foods so that she can continue to make those healthy choices for the rest of her life. Put your foot…
  • I make "pizza" for myself and my son when my husband is working. Either 1/2 of a sandwich flat, or a small tortilla, topped with lots of veggies, and a little cheese. Super yummy, and feeds that craving. =)

  • I'm doing mine in 10-day intervals... but MY question is whether people are doing the work out every day, every other day, a couple times a week....?? I had been doing it every day, but I've been having some knee pain, so took the day off today.
  • I've actually been eating an ice cream sandwich after dinner, but my cals allow me to do so.. lol.. maybe that's the weight that's not coming off. Ha! =)
  • LOL... I've actually been eating an ice cream sandwich at night, but my cals allow me to do so.. lol.. maybe that's the weight that's not coming off. Ha! =)
  • I hope I can see that much of a difference whenever I hit the 10lb weight loss mark. You look fantastic! =) How long did it take you? I'm pretty sure I'm doing something wrong, because I've been tracking cals and working out (walking/30 day shred) just about every day for 2 weeks. I know miracles don't happen over night,…
  • Or push up/padded bras (who really wants foreign objects surgically implanted into their bodies anyway???). They're boobs.. so what? Isn't your overall health more important? I say embrace your smaller figure!
  • Have you changed your workout routine, doing more exercises that are higher impact... or jogging or anything? I recently started my working out after becoming disgustingly out of shape. I don't have a ton of weight to lose (ideally between 15-20lbs) - and was having major problems with my knees hurting & aching constantly,…

  • bumping... need input, please!
  • Well originally my cals were set to aroun 1300... but I changed my weekly weight loss goal to be more realistic at 1lb a week - and now it's closer to 1600. Yesterday I ate back some of my exercise calories... figuring from what I've been researching, it's probably a good idea since I'm not out to lose a massive amount of…
  • I stay at home with my soon-to-be 2 year old... almost 2 weeks in to a better me. So cliche, but it's the truth! =)
  • Good for you! I can definitely see a difference between the before & after pics when you did the 30DS.. I just started it 6 days ago... and am regretting not taking a 'before' picture. I *think* my stomach looks a little different, but that's it.. but I know changes don't happen overnight! Thanks for posting your…
