  • Absolutely nothing wrong with it. A lot of people use it as an excuse to get out of exercise and also eat loads of chocolate and other treats. You can be a bit more tired during ttom but I find working out shortens my period and makes it lighter. Some people can't because of medical reasons but if you're not one of these…
  • I work 12hour shifts as well rotating 4 days 3 nights from 6 to 6 so I know how you feel. I start my calories from when I wake up in the afternoon and I count my slow release protein shake before bed the next morning as part of the same day. So for example; breakfast @ 3.30pm - snack @ 7, lunch @ 10pm, snack @ 1am; dinner…
  • I burn between 3500 and 4500 a week in exercise
  • another option is to do jump squats, jump lunges, box jumps etc. These plyometric exercises work the muscle but also are cardio based. I'm a pear shape and these work for me.
  • I do a 20-30min cardio workout as soon as I wake up then have breakfast. • I don't count it as exercise it's just a bonus if I burn extra calories. But each to their own. If you thought you got a workout then add it it's your journey :)
  • I love stirfry's for a good dose of veggies. I don't use oil just season with chilli, garlic, ginger and 1 tsp of tamari sauce. Delicious!
  • Looks good except you need a rest day which is just as important as your training days otherwise you'll burn out. Maybe make Tuesday you're rest day because of your lecture at 7pm or maybe just go for a light walk
  • I have a Spirit commercial grade xtrainer which I've had for over 2 years and is like it was the day I bought it. Fantastic machine and it has Polar HRM technology so syncs well with my Polar FT40 Heart rate monitor. Good choice of programs as well
  • The only thing I can see is that possibly what you are having for dinner you should be having earlier on in the day for lunch. It is difficult to burn pasta off at night when you are about to go to bed but if you have it say at lunch time you're body can work it off and then have a protein shake at night?
