  • No "cheat" days for me...however, I committed to this plan with the understanding that I was going to lose weight eating the things I love and driking my vino---I still do this but loggin my food has helped me plan for those indulgences without cheating.

  • You are so right...I do need a couple of glasses of vino a week. my job is really stressful and it does help me to unwind but I have to fit the wine in my calorie intake..I've cut down my vino intake significantly...at 57, I feel I need to learn how to live with the things I enjoy but definitely in moderation!

  • I like Panera, Subway, Good Earth, Kona Grill but I'm also learning that I can go to any restaurant and order the right things and enjoy myself. If I have special dinner plans I plan my food accordingly and defintely leave room for a glass or two of wine :)
