I wanted to add: had a heavy cold this week, crap sleeps, and couldn't do any workouts which usually means I don't manage to stay under. I'm disappointed though.. So many of you have done amazing, inspiring! :)

I used to get terrible period pains (before having a baby) and going for a run actually relieved some of the pain. Now I do HIIT and weights, any FitnessBlender workout, and it's pretty Much the same, although I do get a little more tired and sweaty. The endorphins help a lot for the rest of the day!
