hey im on a weight loss journey as well. I started at 195 and have lost 40 ibs in the past 4+ months, I have 30 to go before maintenance :) I am 5'4 and currently 154, goal is 125. If I keep going the way I am, my calculations show I will be there by sometime in April.

No cookies, crackers, breads, pastas, simple carbs unless extenuating circumstances and I have the calories to spend. When making tuna salad I use half light mayo and half 0% plain non-fat yogurt. I'm in a journey to lose 50 ibs but 10 ibs at a time. I've been going for almost a month now and have lost 9 ibs walking more and logging my foods, and making healthier choices. I'm a woman in my 30s. Would Love to encourage and support others who also have goals.
