Hey, Not sure if its possible or not but if you were to think in terms of 80 a month instead of 20 a week then you may be able to get more for your money that way...buy in bulk, do a ton of prep ahead etc.

Thank you so much for posting this...I was going to post similar myself...I am hoping to loose a bit more and then give C25k a go in September. I started the C25k before but ran into some unrelated health problems that prevented me from continuing. I think the biggest part is trusting our knee(s). I ran with my brace…

I dont think that it matters either, I was always worried about this but it doesnt seem to be a problem...I work shifts so my eating times change some depending on my work schedule and it doesn't really matter. Im still new but so far not an issue. Good Luck!

I dont work nights anymore but did for 4.5 years...Just want to say that I think its extra hard to dedicate to healthy lifestyle when on nights so I commend you all and encourage you to continue in your journey. Good on all of you!! Blessings

A friend on here suggested pickles...they are low cal or even 0 cal and if you have a few and some water it helps take the edge off...for me..and for her too I guess :)

We have a fawn pure-bread pug named Gizmo (aka bobo...as my daughter used to call him when she couldn't say his name) his demeanor is amazing and he is awesome with my daughter. Cute and cuddly. But he has some health problems common to the breed...poor guy :(

Have you tried bran buds with psylium? My dr recommended it to my mom and it works great...it also cleans out the lining of your intestines so that extra crap gets out...pun intended!

How are you all calculating exercise for 30 day shred..someone suggest that I put circuit training/aerobics which is what I did yesterday...any other suggestions?
