This is also an issue of mine and what I find motivates me is taking a FULL body picture and looking at it when I find myself wanting to gorge down everything in my path. I only limit myself to eat past 8 over the weekends! and I am counting calories but Im scared that eating past 8 will slow down my metabolism!
