I am aiming for 120lbs as that is the weight I was before I moved to America 13 years ago and I was comfortable at that weight. However, I will see what I think as I get closer to my goal weight.

It definitely sounds like a virus. Don't click on it. I have clicked on those pop-ups before and got a virus that messed up my PC.

I'm in the UK so I don't know where you could get it from. I get mine from a regular supermarket so I am sure Wal-Mart, Food Lion or such should have it.

I don't take any green coffee pills but I do drink green coffee. Nescafe Green Blend, it's a blend of unroasted green coffee beans and roasted coffee beans. I don't know if it gives me more energy but I do like it better than regular coffee.

My pet peeve is when people say bring when they should say take. You bring something with you when you come, you take it when you go. It seems that these two words are used interchangeably and it is acceptable to use one or the other but it still annoys me.
